Communication

• Our primary communication channels are email and WhatsApp with the designated contact person. This helps keep all updates organized and responses timely.

Edits & Approvals

• We’re happy to make revisions until you’re fully satisfied! To make the process smoother and more efficient for both sides, we kindly ask that at least 75% of your feedback and requirements be shared up front.
• All designs will be shared for approval during the early stages until we finalize your brand assets and colour palette.

Ownership

• All final approved designs are yours to use freely. Source files (e.g., PSD, AI) can be provided upon request.
• Please note: All working files and assets are stored only during the active contract period. After the contract ends, files will be archived for 6 months. If you need access during that time, just let us know!

Cancellations

• If a project is paused or cancelled after work has begun, a fair, prorated fee will apply based on the time and work completed up to that point.

Content Responsibility

• Unless otherwise specified, we do not manage printing or publishing. Final responsibility for proofreading and approval lies with the client before any materials are distributed or published.
